ROBERT W MAUST

SALISBURY, Pa. Robert W. Maust, 60, of Salisbury, died Saturday, Dec. 7, 2002, at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown.

Born July 11, 1942, in Meyersdale, he was the son of the late M. Reiman Maust and Nella W. Maust McCleary. He was also preceded in death by his stepfather, William B. McCleary.

He is survived by his wife, the former Linda Ogden; and four children, Victoria S., wife of Randy Bluebaugh of Boynton, Christopher R. Maust and his wife Susan of Meyersdale, Julie M. Maust of Newport News, Va., and Lindsey L. Maust of Latrobe; three grandchildren, Rebecca M. Maust, Jack Robert Bluebaugh, and Amy L. Bluebaugh; a stepbrother of Linda McCleary of Salisbury, Robert W. McCleary of Salisbury, Joy McKenzie of Salisbury, and William Thomas McCleary of Meyersdale.

Bob was a member of St. Johns United Church of Christ, Salisbury, retired from the Salisbury Elk Lick School District, where he taught science for 34 years, and he was life long farmer. A graduate of Salisbury Elk Lick High School and Penn State University. An avid hunter and sports fan, he enjoyed coaching softball at Salisbury for 11 years.

Friends will be received at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. 
 

Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home on Wednesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Ruth Kershner officiating.

Interment will be in the Salisbury Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Johns United Church of Christ, or to the Salisbury Elk Lick School District , where a scholarship will be established for a student who furthers their education in the field of science.
